Thoughts, feelings, and emotions play a crucial role in shaping our daily lives and are closely tied to our health habits. My approach centers on integrating faith-based practices with physical interventions (such as lifestyle adjustments for better health) and mental strategies (such as identifying values, setting goals, overcoming obstacles, and addressing areas of concern). Through coaching, I empower my clients to self-monitor their behaviors and engage in active learning techniques, fostering greater self-awareness, accountability, and achievable personal fulfillment across various aspects of their lives.
